Art in the Window

Art in the Window is a community event showcasing Glossop’s unique High Streets and our creative community!

2013, it’s second year, saw over 50 independent retailers on Glossop High Street and Station Road in Hadfield taking part in Art in the Window. Throughout August Glossop artists displayed their work in the windows of local shops – paintings, ceramics, glass and sculpture.

This is a truly community event featuring students from Glossopdale Community College, amateur and nationally renowned artists.

Following a break in 2014, we are delighted that in 2015 Art in the Window is back. This year the project is being Managed by The Glossop Arts Project. You will find details of the event on thier website www.glossopartsproject.org.

If you would like to learn more about, or get involved with the work of the Glossopdale Trust, please get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
